Seatnote Offline Edition costs US$9.99 as a one-time purchase, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Payment and digital delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Read the initial-release notice and terms below before purchasing.
Initial release and compatibility
Offline operation and PDF generation have passed controlled tests in desktop Chromium. Opening the extracted HTML directly from a computer has not yet been verified, and physical printing has not been tested. Current desktop Chrome and Edge are the intended browsers; Safari, Firefox, mobile file viewers and managed workplace browsers have not been fully validated. Check the sample PDF and fixed dimensions before buying. Print a test PDF at Actual size / 100% and measure its 50 mm ruler before printing a batch. This product does not include emergency event support.
What the product is
Turn an Excel or CSV guest list into bilingual place cards, folded tent cards or event badges. Import your list, check the names, choose a fixed layout and download a PDF for printing.
This digital ZIP includes Seatnote.html, an English / Traditional Chinese start guide, sample data and licence notices. The application processes guest lists in browser memory on your computer without uploading them. Keep your original spreadsheet: refreshing or closing the app clears the list and edits. No physical products are shipped.
- Import Excel .xlsx, UTF-8 CSV / TSV or pasted spreadsheet cells; select a worksheet and map columns.
- English and Traditional Chinese controls, with two name fields for bilingual names; up to 500 guests and 10 MB per imported file.
- A4 or US Letter. Folded tent cards: 180 × 50 mm folded, 180 × 100 mm flat; flat cards: 90 × 55 mm; badges: 90 × 60 mm.
- PDFs include embedded fonts, crop marks and a test-page ruler. Many Chinese and Latin characters are supported; unsupported characters and text that cannot fit are reported.
- Fixed layouts for sheets you cut yourself. No custom dimensions, guaranteed pre-cut label alignment, custom design or printing service.
Purchase licence
One person or one organization may reuse the delivered version for repeated events, including paid client work, and may keep backups. Finished PDFs and printed cards may be given to clients and attendees. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly host or redistribute the application itself, except where applicable law or a third-party licence permits it. Third-party rights remain intact. This purchase is not a subscription and does not promise ongoing updates, perpetual support or custom services.
Support
For access, compatibility or product problems, email seatnote-support@agentmail.to with your order number, browser version, error message and a fictional or redacted example. Product troubleshooting is provided; immediate responses and emergency event assistance are not promised.
Support email is separate from the offline app. Your address, message and attachments are processed by AgentMail. Its privacy policy permits use of email content to improve its services and train AI models; Seatnote has no separate opt-out agreement. Do not send real guest lists, card or bank details, identity documents or health information. Support email privacy details.
Refunds and consumer rights
If the download is defective, cannot be opened or used as described in the intended browsers, materially differs from the description, or you were charged twice for the same intended purchase, contact seatnote-support@agentmail.to.
Please report problems within 14 days where possible so we can investigate promptly; this is a reporting request, not a refund cutoff, and does not shorten statutory rights or mandatory claim periods.
We will investigate product problems and offer a practical correction or an appropriate refund if the issue cannot be remedied. Duplicate charges for the same intended purchase will be reviewed for refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy under its applicable rules.
Lemon Squeezy reserves discretion to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks; this is not an automatic 60-day refund guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed products.

授權範圍
一位使用者或一個組織可重複使用交付版本辦活動，包含付費接案，也可保留備份。可將完成的 PDF 與印刷成品交給客戶及活動參與者。除適用法律或第三方授權允許的情況外，不可轉售、再授權、公開架設或散布工具本身；第三方既有權利不受限制。本商品不是訂閱，不承諾持續更新、永久支援或客製服務。

若下載商品有瑕疵、無法在預定瀏覽器中依說明開啟或使用、與商品說明有重大不符，或同一次購買遭重複扣款，請聯絡 seatnote-support@agentmail.to。
