This website introduces Seatnote and links to Lemon Squeezy for checkout and digital delivery. The website has no attendee-list upload feature. The offline tool, support email and payment platform process information separately, as described below.
This website
The pages provide product information, screenshots and a fictional sample PDF. There is no newsletter form, enquiry form, customer account or file-upload feature. We have not added advertising trackers or audience analytics.
The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. We do not claim that visiting a hosted website involves no data processing.
The offline edition
The downloadable edition processes guest lists in browser memory on the user's computer. It embeds its scripts and fonts and does not upload guest lists or save them to permanent browser storage. Closing or refreshing the application resets the list. Keep your original spreadsheet and any exported PDFs securely.
Anyone using the tool is responsible for having permission to process attendee information and for handling the original files and exported PDFs appropriately.
Support email
For product questions, email seatnote-support@agentmail.to. Support email is separate from the offline tool. If you contact us, your address, message and any attachments are processed through AgentMail, our email provider. Its Privacy Policy permits use of email content to improve its services and train AI models, unless a separate written agreement applies. Seatnote has no such opt-out agreement.
To request help, describe the issue and use fictional data or examples with personal information removed. Do not email real guest lists, payment-card or bank-account details, identity documents, or health information.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy handles payment and digital delivery. It processes order and payment information under its own privacy policies, presented at checkout. Seatnote may use order details to handle download questions, product issues and refunds; do not send payment-card or bank-account details to our support email.

工具使用者應有權處理所提供的來賓資訊，並妥善管理原始檔與輸出檔案。
客服郵件
商品問題可寄至 seatnote-support@agentmail.to。客服郵件與離線工具分開運作；寄信時，你的電子郵件地址、信件內容及附件會透過郵件服務商 AgentMail 處理。其隱私政策允許將郵件內容用於改善服務及訓練 AI 模型，另有書面協議者除外；席間目前沒有這類排除使用的協議。
尋求協助時，請描述問題，並使用虛構資料或已移除個人資訊的範例。請勿寄送真實賓客名單、信用卡或銀行帳戶資料、身分證件或健康資訊。
交易
